We're trying to get our 10-year-old iMac's RAM upgraded so I rang my local Apple store.
The automated phone answering thing couldn't understand what I wanted and wouldn't let me speak to a human at the store.
So I guess I have to walk in to the store and sort it in person.
A task that was completable since the 1880s (talking to a shop assistant on a phone) is now IMPOSSIBLE.
