I’ve had a tough go with proper sleep for quite awhile and have been consuming caffeine energy teas and energy drinks like it’s my day job for far too long.
1.5 weeks ago I committed to proper sleep before midnight for starters 🤭 and no caffeine type drinks! What a difference in how I feel and also how I physically look.
