This year I learned high quality sweaters are high maintenance. Even at used-on-eBay prices, not sure they're worth it. I just hand-washed and blocked out another one. The first one I laboriously rescued still fits but is shedding like crazy, requiring cashmere-combing pretty much every time I wear it. Apparently this is normal; I guess the servants are supposed to take care of it. No wonder they're tagged "quiet luxury;" it means you have a staff of quiet servants keeping them wearable.
