Living The Human Practice
Hi everyone 👋🏼 I’m very excited to finally share something I’ve been working on for the last few years: The Human Practice ☯️ What is it? The purpose of the practice is to allow our natural balance and clarity to return by creating the supporting conditions for it. All of us have carried or are carrying stress, fear, trauma, or tightness in the body. Today this is often called “normal” — but it isn’t. Over time, it blocks the natural flow of ease and creativity. The practice is relevant for everyone. It works as a mirror for how you’re living and where you’re going, allowing life to flow with more ease. Sessions are offered free of charge to begin, as a thank you for your trust. Through The Human Practice, I don’t direct you, but support your own process while offering questions based on my experience and abilities. Daily practices I do to improve my wellbeing: Ethernet cables > Wifi Wired > Wireless Incandescent bulbs > LED lights 90% of my daily screentime is on the Daylight Computer, it has no blue light or flicker and can be used outside. Daily intake of wild seafood Eating local high quality food > Morning sunlight / natural light Getting outside in the cold and moving in nature multiple times a day Morning mobility session to wake up the body with conscious breathing Respecting darkness before bed Grounding Not eating near bedtime Meditation > Scrolling Daily Silence What are yours?
