Why were Jews accused of misanthropy and subversion as far back as the Greco-Roman period?
Why were Jews accused of human sacrifice and drinking human blood in medieval times?
Why were Jews accused of sabotage and profiteering in the 19th and 20th century?
Why are they still accused of all of these things today?
Because it's all true.
Yet we are expected to believe that people have spread so-called antisemitism since classical antiquity over thousands of miles and multiple different continents for no reason at all.
