I'm moving all my posting about Fasting to "Skool".
What do you need to fast for water-fast 36h?
Absolutely freaking nothing!
Ok, maybe salt.
Here I'd likecto address something I noticed...
First of all - it's great most people are fasting.
So that's great.
The thing is, we really doesn't need almost anything, maybe just himalayan salt.
We need to stopped being dependant.
Fasting is also about being more free.
Free from needing any substances.
I see some guys preparing for 36h Fasting like they're going to war :))
Maybe it'll be a little bit fighting (with yourself:)) but really, it's easier.
You see how mind play tricks on us, making us tremble just before we even start.

Welcome to July. Past month review. Lots of Kefir.
I wish you great month ahead. Upgrading and leveling up your life whatever it means for you at your current place and moment in time.
Also its good time to review past month. What I noticed is that summarising and celebrating ending of small cycles (like months) is very healthy for us.
When we are waiting for the New Years Eve there's a lot of preparation for the new, lots of reviewing of the past.
Marking half of the year is also special time to do this, to be in the same mood.
There were a time when I was waiting till midnight - even if it was June 30th, like yesterday-to celebrate New.
And the way I was reviewing my last month was going like this:
I took calendar from 2 last months, took at particular theme (fasting and health for example) and see:
Ok, May was better than June when it comes to hours of fasting, BUT in June I haven't eat sugar for the 3 weeks (its because of the surgery, I finally decided to eat more healthy. Bad thing can turn into more positive). I haven't eat not even single macaronies (cookies), pasta or bread ๐ Broccoli and Kefir only.
(I love that Eastern European milk invention. ๐งก๐).
So I evaluated that quickly in my mind and I know where I should go next month - continuing on Kefir is a good way to be more healthy, I'm thinking to myself.


How much I fast, how much fasting is "recommended"?
Now I'm thinking I should have better notes, in some cute notepad to show you - in aesthetic way - my fasting calendar, but instead you've got handwritten notes from my phone ๐
Anyway that's October 24': lots of 24h, lots above that.
November 24':
December was similar. Broke my record 4 days.
January this year - 5 days.
Feb. March. - a lot too but I've chilled down a bit.
And April:
No matter how I always track it.
My goal is to simplify this and just eat once a day, 24h fast everyday, that it.
Although for many it's a lot, there are Russian healers (why are they always from Russia?๐
) who recommends you more than that.
For example Mr. Michail Tombak.
He's saying for optimal health include fasting to your calendar as follow:
- once a week: 36 hours (for example: no food for Sunday till Monday morning)
- once a month: 48h to 72h (pick one weekend and add Saturday and fast the whole weekend)
- once a year: 3 to 7 days (extend it even more, be crazy, see how far you can go, be better than anyone you know etc.etc.:)))
I'd say this: we can always stretch and
do 4 days in each half of the year.
Or 5 days in first half of the day.
And 7 in the second half of the year...
Or as you wish :)
