The Cleveland football stadium was built downtown by the lake. The water is to the north so all parking and two main entrances are on the south. New apartment buildings were built on parking lots that had been vacant for years when the stadium went up. So parking is now pushed out. There are less cops so they herd the crowd unnaturally causing massive pedestrian choke points. I see why they are building a new stadium out of the city. The city has outgrown the spot of the stadium.
