I often hear that all the regulations in the EU restrict and constrain our start-ups. There might be some truth to that, but I think the real problem is that we don't actually apply our laws to foreign companies.

What do you all think? Will this end up to be enforced this time and shut down real-time-bidding for ad placement (good riddance) in the EU?
