How the narrative has shifted now. With RFK Jr. as secretary of health, Saladino being invited to the White House and even an effort to install pull-up bars in major airports. We still have a long way to go but it’s pretty cool to see how far spreading good research and memes online can go.

GM nostr 🌞 Generating a community around you takes leadership and initiative. Just like with your finances and health if you are not proactive in gathering like valued people around you, it will not just happen on its own. I know quite a few successful 50+ year olds who thought that love and relationships would simply happen once they got their finance and fitness ducks in a row. Now they are struggling. Affirm to yourself: “I love that I’m at the cause and not the effect of everything that happens in my life.”
