Real world measurements of how much extra heat the Earth is trapping are well beyond most climate models. That’s a real problem.

To be clear, this is easily the, idk. Fifth? article with the same broad strokes (new data indicates things are even worse than expected) but about /different parts/ of the global system, I've seen this year. #ClimateChange

Wondering if I will go back to catching keynotes this year or keep up my latter-years “the rest of the day will be significantly easier to handle with an extra hour or two of sleep” streak 🫠

Bugbear: people who say “series” when they mean “season”, re TV shows.

Beat Ori & the Will of the Wisps. It was good! Not perfect of course, but a good followup to the original with some very fun evolutions in the platforming and combat. Kept the good parts (gorgeous artwork, great music, incredibly snappy and just-challenging-enough platforming). Did have some absolutely bullshit boss sequences, but that's why I play on Easy 🫠 it made them merely frustrating and/or “ok I gotta look up wtf I'm missing here”.
