It is almost 2 years since ISIS attacked Kerman with twin suicide bombers. The attack happened during the ceremony for the Iranian General Soleimani who was killed by Trump after they lured him into a trap to discuss a ceasefire deal in Baghdad. So many right wing American, Europeans and Australians made jokes about the attacks and even celebrated the attacks when it happened.
