Massive fraud, no accountability, and ever-increasing taxes on people just trying to work honestly that is the real scandal. The added humiliation is being forced to prove “compliance” with a tax code so complex that no one can be certain they’ve followed it correctly. This isn’t about fairness or funding society; it’s about power, asymmetry, and selective enforcement. When fraud is tolerated at the top and punished mercilessly at the bottom, trust collapses, and resistance becomes rational. As for how to start the tax revolution, speaking out seems like a good place to start. I'm not political at all, but perhaps it's time to share these ideas with our duly elected officials.
