We have taken on the mantle of Christmas dinner this year. We’re not really ready but it’s just a few people. Finished the sauce, or gravy if you will, last night as well as all the meatballs. Lasagna assembly and baking this afternoon. Whatever holiday you celebrate, or if you don’t celebrate, I wish a peaceful day to you.
