Is there a nostr client where I can test my relay, aka authenticate and send REQ commands and have support for per message deflate and so on?

I see lots of people here complaining about nostr adoption. I am not sure I understand. With adoption comes loss of quality. Perhaps a little more adoption is not bad, but I quite like it like this.
