Touch ID + Face ID: I've been dogfooding an Android phone for work and it has exactly this combination. There are other things I don't like but this is freaking glorious. There is almost never a situation where I can't get into the phone, even in the middle of the night in the dark. Only exception is a motorcycle helmet and gloves. Interestingly, only touch ID is allowed for passcode logins and similar.
