Good evening NOSTR! What a great start to the weekend, first time out golfing with just my wife We didn’t do half bad either!

Absolutely feeling my age (knees) after a double header for my local soccer league. Over 24 hours later my Garmin is still telling me to sit the F#$k down. lol On the bright side, I set a personal best sprint speed during the games 😎🤙 Good to know at 40 I can still move it #Garmin #fitness #soccer
