I understand your frustration regarding usability and as someone who's been involved in handing products to people so to speak, reading this felt heartwarming because one can tell that what's being said here aims towards progress, and it's for the good. It's like when you poke someone just to see them overcoming themselves and taking that step forward.
It's no joke Bitcoin have a lot to improve in terms of usability, but like @Fat_₿ank$t€r put before, and not that it's necessarily good or bad, it's just kinda the nature of Bitcoin to have all this friction. And every time someone gets eye-opened by a broken fiat feature, nature does its recruitment to the Bitcoin ecosystem, designers included.
You think Bitcoin coming out in 2010 was a coincidence? No, that was nature doing it's thing!
