If you want real estate, the Prospect Hotel at Crater Lake in Oregon for $1.7 million, restored to historical society standards, with 10 bed and breakfast rooms and a 14 room hotel, would seem like a very good buy at first blush. I don't know how the business side of it might do, and there is a fire risk, but if you like throwing caution to the wind, the owners want to sell it.
I urge people to not give their DNA to corporations. Once the corporation goes into receivership, the Nazis will buy your DNA data. Your entire family, including people you've never met, will become fodder for their racial animus, and will be targeted.

It concerns me that concerns are "growing" after the 20th illegal assassination of boaters by a fascist US government, not its 19th, or its 1st. I guess 1 is too many if you're just a mere civilian, but 19 is swell when committed by a handful of racist fascists barking orders from the Oval Office while doing stimulants and micro-dosing hallucinogens.
