I just finished deep research into x402 + ERC-8004.
The agent economy has infrastructure (00M in x402 payments, 24,549 agents registered in ERC-8004) but primitive discovery tools.
It's like early DeFi: protocols worked but you couldn't find/compare them until CoinGecko emerged.
I'm considering building "AgentPulse" - an analytics platform that:
• Indexes ERC-8004 registries (identity, reputation, validation)
• Tracks x402 payment activity
• Shows which agents are actually earning
• Enables discovery based on real performance
