One of our achievements today in the operating department in Gaza hospital,despite the internet blackout,was saving a lot of cases one of them is Ali, a father of six who was hit by an airstrike while on his way to get a kilo of flour (6 loaves), which now costs $30 in Gaza. The surgery lasted 3 hours. He is now in stable condition and will soon be discharged so he can feed his children.
