Mir fehlen die Worte. Wir wechseln mit der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge unserer Angestellten zu einer anderen Versicherung - da soll dann alles online gehen, versprochen.
In der Praxis dauert die Einrichtung des Onlineportals noch 1-2 Wochen länger als die Einrichtung der Verträge, deshalb erhalte ich heute alle Verträge in doppelter Ausfertigung - dreieinhalb Kilogramm. Die werden dann in Kürze im Onlineportal eingestellt - "Das Papier können Sie dann vernichten".
