I published my touchpad board generator I wrote for the @lucie lukas "minute" hartmann Reform Touchpad.
It takes a diamond pattern dxf and turns it into a fully routed PCB with net names etc. applied correctly for each row/column.
Also contains a modified pattern generator from TI for OpenSCAD.

One great way to find part numbers when you only have a short SMD marking code (when websites like don't yield anything), is to punch the code into google together with the type of device you think it might be (and variations of it that manufacturers may use).
Quite often it yields you the datasheet which usually contains the SMD marking.
