Good morning 🌤️ Despite everything I’m going through, sometimes I find myself happy with the simplest things. You might laugh… you might be surprised 😄 but for me, this is a kind of strength. Maybe I’m trying to move forward, maybe I’m making myself stronger, or maybe I’m just holding on to life as it is. Tomorrow is Youssef’s birthday 🎂 Not his first birthday, but maybe the first without war. His first two birthdays were spent displaced, without a home or a celebration. He learned to crawl, walk, and speak while war surrounded him In tents! He grew up too fast, in conditions no child should face. Tomorrow, I only wish him a normal life, safe days, and real childhood.  I posted this two days ago, then disappeared because the internet stopped due to heavy rain. My tent flooded, and I couldn’t keep my children warm or dry our belongings. I spent the day moving from place to place, escaping the water.🥺💔 What hurts most is that when I came back, I found no donations ! 💔 Have we become used to this? Just one day before the war…😔 On Friday, October 6, Osama’s grandfather brought him a gift he had been dreaming of — a brand-new scooter. He spent the whole day riding it around the house, laughing, singing, and trying every move he had ever seen in videos.
