A fun diagram showing the 104 fruit trees on a 23 acres of land that we will be developing into a residential community in El Salvador 🇸🇻 We’re also carving out a piece for a women’s refuge center so that they and their children have a new place to live, and opportunities in the hospitality sector once the community is up and running. Ocean views, 10 minutes from El Zonte, with community gardens, hiking trails, and quite possibly, a helipad on top of the ridge! Let’s go ⚡️

A pound of ground beef goes down easier when raw, but tastes better cooked. The last two nights, I’ve mixed mango marmalade into the raw. It is quite the treat 🤌
