Seeing BTC/Sats conversions on my bank balances, Amazon, Zillow, local P2P sales listings, and even on streaming video CC text has really helped me focus on true value storage, and the actual Opportunity Cost of wanting things now vs. The life improvement potential of trading stored value in the future.
