We’ve had four different monetary systems in my lifetime. Since I was a child, I’ve seen so many different banknotes and coins that at times it felt like Monopoly money.
One of those currencies — basically colored paper — only lasted three years (2018–2021). Hyperinflation forced the regime to introduce yet another new set of banknotes and coins.
