And they aren’t simply not being banned, they are getting PAID. They show these exploitation videos to their supporters, and platforms transact this money-for-hate without hickups.

What people don’t realise about Russian-style corruption, is that it uses allegations of corruption for it’s own protection:
By basing the whole system on corruption, everybody is vulnerable and needs to protect their own behind. Hence, “exposing corruption” becomes a tool to rid yourself of a traitor to that system of corruption rather than cleaning up corruption.
