Saturday 6:47PM a trashcan exploded at Ülemiste shopping center in Tallinn, Estonia. Frankly I’m surprised the authorities are treating this as an ”isolated incident”, when a well-known Russian hybrid war tactic is to pay (with crypto) random teenagers to drop IED’s. 🤔 The point of #terrorism is to have the enemy terrified. Estonia is an enemy of Russia, and it’s people are now more terrified at going shopping on a saturday.
