- to run Linux
- on a decentish ARM processor
- that will drive 2+ 4k displays,
- in a quiet-ish, mini-ish form factor
... are there options in the world that are purchaseable and not "give up on the Linux part and get a Mac Mini"?
A kid home sick today, and I find myself once again infuriated by the amount of time, money and effort we've put into the mandatory indoor air quality improvements in our schools and public institutions to mitigate this ongoing pandemic, because as far as I can tell that amount is zero.
We could solve this problem.
We should all be deeply suspicious of people asking for both "efficiencies" and "resiliency"; those conversations are really about safety margins and blame.

We know from the Panama Papers (and the Paradise Papers, and the Pandora papers, and and and) that basically all the hard-right political parties and their proxies in North America and Europe are being quietly shadow-funded by Russia and a collection of ideologically-aligned oligarchs, so it would be great if elected politicians acted as though they understood that, and that condemning antifascist protest is sending a clear signal they've been bought by the wrong side.
