I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a 10+ year focus on geriatrics. Specifically helping people help their parents navigate this current healthcare environment in the US.
It seems no one thinks about their parents having a fall, injury or medical event until they wind up hospitalized and most of the decisions and responsibility falls on the children.

My wife and I are actively reducing our hours working for someone else and look to spend more time raising our young daughters and focusing on our health.
Learned how to play row row row your boat on piano today. Only took 60 minutes and some help from my wife. AMA
Never thought I’d sit down at the piano bought for the girls but it was oddly satisfying to use a different part of my brain.
Broke my 132 hour fast this morning. Personal record. Felt great during. That’s the bottom of a cottage cheese container with a little A2 yogurt and some nut mix of almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, sprouted pumpkin seeds and @Bitcoin Beans cocoa nibs. Would recommend as a way to break a fast.
Would not recommend going out for wings 12 hours after breaking your fast. Regretting it about an hour eating.
