Christmas dinner is just a social experiment: how many inflammatory foods can one table hold before someone starts talking politics, vaccines, or why you “look healthier but weird.” Pass the gravy. And the deep breathing through it all.

All I want for Christmas is sunlight, no more chemtrails, good sleep, a calm nervous system, and the ability to eat a cookie without spiraling into a health identity crisis.
Wish you a merry Christmas. Hydrate with minerals, be a silly goose, and touch grass tomorrow.
The holidays are wild. People will spend three months stressed, broke, under-slept, and overstimulated… just to give each other plastic objects that end up in a drawer by New Year’s. But yeah, I’m the crazy one.
Not enough “biOhAcKeRs” & health influencers talk about “Boredom-Maxxing” and doing absolutely nothing.
Sitting there. Standing there. Eyes closed. Eyes open. No doing. Just being. HUGE reset on motivation, energy levels, mood, contentment, and overall way of life. Do no thing
A powerful insight in psychology and health:
Your behaviors shape your identity faster than your thoughts do.
Eat clean once, you feel good. Do it daily, you become someone who feels good.
Identity follows action, not the other way around.
Simple rule. Applying it consistently is the art.
You know those moments where you crumble up the paper and throw it away because you’re frustrated you can’t get the right words out EVEN though you know exactly what you’re trying to say *in your head*?
Or those moments when you say something out loud and immediately correct yourself:
“Wait, that’s not what I meant… what I meant to say was…”
and THEN you scramble for the right words that actually match the feeling or knowing behind it?
If words and thoughts were truly the same thing, that wouldn’t happen.
This disconnect and this gap between the clarity you feel internally and the words that come out of your mouth reveals something POWERFUL:
Your inner knowing, your intuition, your felt sense of truth is real and lives deeper than “language” and “words”
Words are tools. But they’re not always sharp enough to carve out the exact contours of your truth. And that’s alrighty.
Because it means there’s a YOU underneath the words. A human spirit that is WAY more intuitive guiding the expression.
Honor that gap.

The carnivore vs. vegan war is just the ego dressed in different aprons. One side fears meat, the other fears arugula. Both call it “science.” But extremes don’t equal intelligence, they reveal trauma. Healing isn’t about proving a diet works. It’s about listening to your own body and respecting someone else’s. When your confidence comes with humble compassion you’ve actually integrated. Otherwise, you’re just digesting dogma.
DUMB things I’ve done this week:
• Sat on a rock and stared at waves
• Hugged a tree
• Sang to my gut bacteria
• Drank 12 raw egg yolks
• Said “no” to Wi-Fi at night
Feeling smarter than ever.
Better food = better mood.
Better sleep = better energy.
Better energy = better decisions.
Health stacks fast when you stop ignoring what your body’s asking for.
If you want to feel better:
Stop doomscrolling.
Go outside.
Buy bitcoin.
Eat some raw steak.
Call your grandma.
