A friend visited me today, and we had a very deep conversation about how we experience life. Everyone experiences it in their own unique way, has individual experiences, and tells their own personal story. But at our core, emotionally, we feel very similarly. Talking about it and looking deeper, behind the scenes, seeing the bigger picture, gave us both incredibly important insights. I will take these with me into the Twelve Days of the "Rauhnächte" and process them, letting go of old patterns, voices, behavior, and making space to invite new perspectives into my field 💫
