"Oblivion Animation Fixer" seemed like a lost cause, being account-walled inside NexusMods, but another tool called WyreBash at least posts source code and install packages on Github, so it was much easier to acquire.
Getting it to function inside the right Proton prefix to access my Oblivion saves was the challenging part, but once it worked fixing the A-Bomb glitch on a given save file is as easy as left-click and select from menu.
I only briefly tested it, but I could see fire animating normally post-fix, so I'd like to believe next Oblivion stream will finally see the curse of the frozen doors/platforms gone for good.
