I had a disappointing experience with the customer support service. It took an excessive amount of time to reach a representative, and when I finally did, they seemed untrained and unable to provide the assistance I needed. My questions went unanswered, and I felt like I was being passed around without any resolution. Overall, the lack of effective communication and support left me frustrated and unsatisfied with the service. I hope they can improve their support in the future.
