Does Shakespeare have any safeguards in place to prevent users or at least discourage bad actors using it to build harmful Nostr or Bitcoin apps?

What would you consider harmful? I'll say no, because it's direct access to an LLM. You can build whatever an LLM would allow you to build.
I am always worried that someone will create a product that ends up going viral here that is malicious and collects peoples Nostr identity in plain text, this is why I've posted several notes warning people (especially new people) to always use a reputable signer and not to put their nsecs into websites.
