The Olympus LSP node should open a zero-conf channel to accommodate the payment.

Even if a channel is already open? Excuse my ignorance. I don’t know what zero-conf means.
Yeah and zero-conf means the channel will go active before the onchain transaction hits it's first confirmation so you don't have to wait forever for the payment to go through.
