Eat quality animal foods and fruit, be mindful of your circadian rhythm, screen time and social life. Do not do any excessive fasting. That for starters.

What would you define as excessive fasting?
Probably anything over 10 hours and ignoring your hunger. Problem is the hunger signal can be easily messed up in a bad metabolic state

That doesn't sound right. Do you have some references? Thyroid hormones help your body process cholesterol but I don't know of the rest of the claimed connection with sex hormones.

It is right. T3, vitamin A and cholesterol produce pregnenolone. You can look up how sex hormones are close downstream of pregnenolone.
