Footage released this morning shows a BM-21 “Grad” multiple-launch rocket system operated by the Royal Cambodian Army firing at Thai Army positions along the Cambodia–Thailand border.

This is something I expect from Myanmar not Cambodia
Tensions flared over a disputed border area. Cambodia claims Thailand used heavy weapons and crossed into its territory, which led to retaliation. Definitely unexpected.
At this point you might run 24hour shifts to cover all the conflicts
Cambodians in general have always seemed weary of both Thailand, and especially Vietnam. My first thought is that Thailand and Vietnam seem to be aligning more with the US, and Cambodia is in the Chinese camp now.
