My voice is going, going, gone. Spring is coming in hot and my occasional seasonal allergies are just awful this year. Sinus infection under way and just generally feeling bad the past couple of days. #itwasjustallergies #myvoice😫

Elderberry syrup might help your throat. It works a treat for me. 24 hour magic.
I’ve got nothing for your sinuses though! I get them a couple of times a year, tried many things but haven’t found anything that works reliably yet.
