Some general thoughts on the beautiful longform.space 💜: - First and foremost, CONGRATULATIONS, it's a exquisite #nostr client! - The UI is beautiful and smooth and makes it a great experience for reading longform essays and articles (both on desktop and mobile) I love how when you read a piece, it appears greyed out to make it easily viewable if something is read or unread. - On that note, I read an article on my phone and then when I opened longform on desktop it appeared as unread. It would be very cool if there was a way for those to sync up. - Another thing that popped to my mind when browsing the read/unread sections is that it may be useful to have a way to bookmark articles you wanna read later so that you can easily view a filtered version of the reads you've expressed interest in. Since the reads view shows you all the articles by all the people that you follow, i just thought it useful not to have to always see everything that has been published if you wanna actually go to look for an article you wanted to come back to later whenever you had time to do the reading. - Inside the article read, I noticed that the like, zap, repost options appear only at the top of the text and thought it would be cool/frictionless if you also had it at the end of the article, since most people may want to zap right after they are done reading it if they have found value in it :) - Also, dunno why when I check my profile I see 3 reads available, but on the home page only one of them appears. Probably a bug. Sometimes I reload and it shows 3, and then log back in and it shows 1. - Finally, upon writing a draft, it may be useful to be able to see a preview of what the article is gonna look like when published. We can preview the text view, but now a general view that includes cover image, title, summary, tags, etc.. I noticed for example that upon putting an image as cover image it crops the bottom part, but won't know if it actually crops it upon publishing too or only in the draft page UNTIL I publish. In any case these are just some tiny querks and suggestions but in general the experience of using it feels smooth and calm. GREAT JOB! :) Cheers!
