I frequently have to use Hal's quote for people that believe technology is evil and is only good for controlling us.

Many have known this fact for about the past 20 years ... because that's is exactly the feeling we ACTUALLY had back during the1996 thru to 2003 period ... which in retrospect was a VERY liberating period (online). Many of the websites available back then (most of which were static) were awful to navigate, but we somehow still managed to extract great value from each visit. What destroyed (probably by design) that sense of total online freedom and liberation was: 1) The False Flag called "9/11" followed by the establishment of America's Department of Homeland Security. 2) The London Tube 'bombings' of 7 July 2005; otherwise know as "7/7".
