Either the scenario in which (a) the EU bans X or (b) X just decides to "rage quit" the whole Eurozone, millions of users will get dumped onto alternatives.
And that means BlueSky, Mastodon, and (some) go to Nostr.
The _worst_ case scenario is where they come to some compromise. The platform will continue to become enshittifed no matter what, but it will be a boiling frog / slow drip scenario, instead out "out of the frying pan into the fire."
