Probably not. But if that baby grew up, came to a wedding that ran out of booze and turned water into wine to keep the party going - then yes.

I’m just saying it’s the only explanation that’s is plausible; if there was or is god(s) from other worlds if they can travel from another star system I’m sure they can figure out artificial insemination. To survive on earth without space suits you need to procreate with a human. I’m not saying this is what happened I’m just saying it’s the only possibility that seems plausible if we assume that gods/aliens are real and have visited earth.
