PARDON SAMOURAI!
They don't actually need to be pardoned. They have not done anything wrong

They plead guilty. Game over.
Darth,
on some level, I'm with you... they gave up and plead guilty, so it's very much a fight I don't think belongs on my shoulders to continue, if they weren't even willing to continue it.
from a different perspective though, collective action requires social cohesion, coordination, and consensus.
you're upset about the limp-wristed petition, begging an oppressor for leniency... fair enough.
but for all the people who are observing this, who don't share your perspective (namely, the sovereign individual thesis that legal mumbo jumbo amounts to magical words), there's a lot of distance between SamoDevs punishment/incarceration, and the end of the line.
put differently, there's a spectrum of individual perspectives in the world. shaming those with perspectives that are adjacent to your own won't likely yield coordinated action necessary to realize the future I imagine you prefer. instead, it drives people away.
your youth is your lens, and with age comes that brain development that yields insights and intelligence of social networks. you're driving people away with your singular focus: telling individuals, in rather harsh terms, they're wrong-headed and dumb for participating in the fiction.
you may be correct, but you're not doing yourself or (more importantly) the network of individuals the best service by voicing your shallow analysis of the game so loudly.
in other words, know your lane and learn to read the room. coordinated directed action doesn't happen spontaneously, it's a long effort to get things where they need to be before those seemingly spontaneous movements of the herd can take the people on a tangent from where we are.
you're doing great things to encourage sovereign behavior... and you should keep that up because we love you for it and it seems to make you feel good. but keep in mind as you traverse your path to adulthood that you'll attract more bees with honey than vinegar.
I don't really care if people share or not my perspective...
I am just presenting facts that seems nobody wants tot hear or see.
I've said it many times: if people do not learn how to be sovereign, Bitcoin will not help.
Many think that I am larping but I am not... I fight the system in courts and I won, just by defending my sovereign status that nobody can take it.
> I don't really care if people share or not my perspective
Surely you do, though. The more people share your perspective, the less fraught your time here on earth will be. The more you can enjoy your off-grid building (awesome, btw... very inspiring) as a hobby, and not an emergency.
> I fight the system in courts
I believe you!
> ... and I won ...
for now. there's no resisting the mob, only running, and that doesn't seem like it would be your preferred solution.
Anyway, nothing but love from me. I think you're old enough to realize that your opinions can adapt while preserving your values.
Here's a metaphor to chew on:
Stronger metals shatter... that's why people prefer to ride on a steel alloy bike. It's more comfortable.
