France is late stage empire. So is the UK. The purpose of empire is to maintain privilege for oligarchs. When it becomes cost prohibitive to take from outside the borders of the country, then they take from inside, which means impoverishing the populace and state infringement of their rights. The true purpose of democracy is to create a narrative that disarms the people, allowing the empire to grow tall if wide isn't an option.

How can you know for certain that the left is controlled by the oligarchy? Here's how : the confusion they sow is oddly specific, in precisely the way a Jungian shadow projection is. They want to force democracy, and call class enemies "privileged" or "colonizers" - allegation which could only truthfully be applied to the oligarchs, not a racial majority. They are 100% controlled - their specific demands and hates, which only benefit oligarchs and deep state, cannot be randomly generated.
