speech can trigger violence
violence can kill speech
Speech can be very powerful, inspiring, causing harm, healing, and easing pain. How can speech then never be violence? I'm just thinking out loud.
Itβs literally never violence dude
A great deal of harm can be done with words, especially when one has power over the other (parent/child, etc). Extreme examples qualify as violence.
Someone's god is someone's davil
They both give speeches

People need to talk to each other, face to face (even if over video chat). This eliminates anonymity, and seems to cause folks to meet the conversation with humility, and more times than not find common ground. Thatβs when both parties are looking to learn from each other, vs. convince each other.
We need more of this. Conversation. Ideas. Humility.
Or weβll get more violenceβ¦and we all seem very tired of that.
One would think this is common senseβ¦
But in 2025 it seems like sense isnβt as common after allβ¦
Speech is never violence.
