“night is the beginning of your day” i often say what you do at night Heavily burdens or lightens the following day. ex, staying up late, influenced by artificial light —leads to—> a late, groggy morning and slow day finish eating before the sun is fully down & enjoy entertainment by candlelight —leads to—> a bright & sunny morning and great attitude to enjoy the day. 👾 don’t fall for the fiat trap of “mid morning = the beginning of the day” your DNA doesn’t care when stores are open- it waits for the signal of the sun. live with it, and see what happens… 🌞🤍 View quoted note →
