You can tell by watching what happened truly affects you. Keep on doing what you’re doing, free speech is more important than ever. We don’t have it here in Europe and we don’t have people like Kirk to stand up for it. In then end we’ll win though, we just fucking have to
More and more I'm seeing this current world from a spiritual perspective. There's a lot of darkness these days but the only remedy is the light. I see free speech as a large component of the light. Another is love, so we gotta show love to those around us and even those we don't agree with. Its really our best weapon against the efforts to subjugate humanity to darkness. We're all children of God at the end of the day, even the unhinged ones lol RIP Charlie, hopefully goodness will come from this tragedy πŸ™ Thanks for the vlog, Hodl- that opening clip definitely hit me in the feels bc a joyful hug from our kids is one of the best things in this life
Could you clarify what you mean by "free speech without consequences"? Does it mean that individuals can openly advocate for the destruction of America on college campuses and sue their employers if they are fired for doing so?
Let me clarify, someone whom many people look up to just got killed because he was passionate about loving his country, @npub1rtlq...jtfs said as part of a bigger context β€œfree speech without consequences” since I hear often the bizarre claim that people whom call for the destruction of America on college campuses are immune from losing their job because β€œfree speech without consequences” is a thing now.
I resonate with nearly everything you said man. Interestingly I thought of you & all the other Bitcoiners who speak because they're feel called to. I have massive respect & I somewhat fear that one day I might receive that same calling. One thing that didn't resonate was the focus on the They who perpetrated the Evil. In my mind his death will likely mark a significant shift in how people show up now. Focusing on the other, on the select few who choose to suppress the divinity that we are all born with, is a mistake. Love them for they know not what they do. Love them as they are hoisted by a noose & dangle in the wind, but love them. Use your anger to find what is truly sacred to you and ultimately use it to fuel your calling. Free speech is critical. Ridding the world of evil doers is not, but actions have consequences. Love you bro πŸ«‚πŸ’š
This is one of the reasons I don't like guns or weapons in general. You can discuss that anyone can kill another with a stick, for example, but it would be much difficult. In less than a second weapons have the power to take another man's life. And we know what it can happens in the hands of people that are disturbed... I am a strong believer that we are here to love one another, not to kill.
I lost my innocence the day I become aware that not everyone is born good, that evil people do exist, and evil do exist in this realm. My point is that the longer we perpetuate the building of more weapons, of massive destruction, the more we are further away from the purpose of love one another and peace. Stating that weapons are for defense, is nothing more than well done endoncrination, made by evil people, for defending and keep on gaining power. Peace is not acquired by destroying the opposition but by taking the steps, for resolve via understanding.
I cannot believe what has happened. I’m on vacation in Vietnam and have not been the same since I heard the news yesterday morning…. Truly unbelievable. He loves Jesus, his family and his country. I even find myself coming closer to finding Jesus myself in just these 24 hours… it feels like I lost a family member, yet I never knew him. He knew the scripture, the constitution (state and federal) and this country’s founding fathers better than anyone, the country lost a true leader, an American Hero πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ
I can’t remember feeling this deeply rattled by something, it felt personal and genuinely concerning. Woke up today feeling fine and all of a sudden like a wave it hit me again around midday, almost felt like I had to pull over to catch my breath. The pursuit of truth and allowing/encouraging open dialogue is essential for us to grow as a society. I believe we will prevail but I also don’t know what the answers are. I’ve tried my best to encourage curiosity and to always question and am met with nothing but resistance. They really want us to die for not confirming to these twisted satanic world views? Na fuck that
Sad to see any child lose a parent, it's very sad, however it's also happening a lot in the middle east in case you hadn't noticed... And not for one second would I condone murder however this guy did have some fucked up views so I do feel less remorse for him than I do for innocent victims of current "conflicts". Try to keep things in perspective.
Well said. Far too many here in America and around the world believe it’s β€œ2 wings of the same bird” - Well - one of the most poignant posts I read on X yesterday was (I paraphrase) β€œYou did not see one building, nor one city burn last night. That should tell you all you need to know.”
Β»Everywhere in the West there are subversive minorities who, sheltered by our humanitarianism and our sense of justice, hold the incendiary torches ready, with nothing to stop the spread of their ideas except the critical reason of a single, fairly intelligent, mentally stable stratum of the population.
