DOGE offered me eight months paid leave to quit in February after serving 16 years.
I have a Masters in Public Policy. I worked as a regulatory writer. I also worked on enterprise risk management, during COVID.
I've seen ideas that were supposed to protect people end up hurting them. I've seen how good intentions become exploitation.
So I quit to build this instead.
A true public good that is mutually beneficial and puts the people at the center.
