Do you think this would just be a catalyst to end social media? Depends if you think social media will ever end? ( I sort of do see it ending, even waning perhaps right now).
Or... It's easier to imagine the end of the world than it is to imagine the end of social media. Like and subscribe.

Social media will never disappear, it will just be heavy regulated, and just as addictive as it is now. I already cant see “news” in app in Canada cause our laws are obtuse.

That's what I mean, this will probably cause some sort of drop off in usage, added with the drop in participation and usage anyway.
